AU Arts College Admissions 2004 - Certificates to be enclosed


While attending the counseling, the candidate has to read carefully all the instructions noted in the Admission Information Brochure of AUCET-2004. However some important points are furnished hereunder:

The following Original certificates to be brought by the candidate to the admission interview

Certificates Required

  1. Hall-ticket and Rank Card issued by the Convener, AUCET-2004

  2. Original statement of marks and Provisional/Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination(with two Xerox copies)

  3. Transfer and Conduct certificate from the Institution where the candidate studied last. If it is not the practice to issue TC for any course, the candidate has to produce the TC of the lower degree of the qualifying examination.

  4. Study certificate(s) from IX class onwards or Residence Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination.

  5. Permanent Caste Certificate in the case of SC/ST/BC-C and other Listed Backward classes candidates in the prescribed form (with three Xerox copies) issued by competent authority.

  6. Latest Income Certificate in the case of SC/ST/BC-C and other Listed Backward Classes candidates in the prescribed form (with three Photostat copies) issued by competent authority (The validity of the certificate is one year from the date of issue)

  7. Certificates in prescribed format from the competent authority in support of the claim of the candidate for a seat under other reserved categories, if any, such as NCC, Children of Armed Personnel, Sports, Physically Handicapped.

  8. Date of Birth certificate (SSC or Matriculation or its equivalent) with two Xerox copies.

  9. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Officer of Andhra University or from a Civil Assistant Surgeon.

  10. Migration Certificate (in the case of candidates from other Universities only) to be submitted to the University along with the examination application.

  11. Four attested copies of pass port size photos recently taken.

  12. Fee prescribed in the form of Demand Draft (the details of fee to be paid by the candidate are given at Annexure-I)
