Eligibility Criteria Any Bachelor Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce and Law recognised by Andhra University. The Candidates will be selected on the basis of rank obtained in the Test and performance in interview (the written test shall be for 75 marks and interview for 25 marks). In-service candidates who are graduates working in any of the Criminal Justice System under the control of 1) Director General and I.G. of Police, Hyd.; (2) Director, Prosecutions, Hyd.; (3) Director General/I.G. of Prisons & Director of Correctional Services, Hyd., (4) Director, Police Computer Services, Hyd., (5) Director Forensic Sci. Laboratory, Hyd. The In-service candidates are exempted from written test. Age Limit: below 25 years. for graduates, below 45 years for In-service candidates as on 1-4-2004. 5 years relaxation for SC, ST & LBC candidates be given. Interview will be conducted to all the candidates on the same day of the test.
