Note 1: B.Sc. Applied Science candidates are also eligible to seek admission into all the courses* for which the B.Sc. graduates of the following combinations of optional subjects are eligible to appear for AUCET - 2004 tests : 1. Mathematics-Physics-Chemistry
2. Mathematics-Physics-Statistics 3. Mathematics-Physics-Electronics **4. Mathematics-Physics-Computer Science
* except the following chemistry courses, viz., Analytical, Bio-inorganic, Environmental, Inorganic, Foods, Drugs & Water Analysis, Organic, Physical, Nuclear, Marine Chemistry and Bio-Chemistry.
** If the specialization in B.Sc. Applied Science course is Computer Science.

PGD-1 Cooperation & Rural Studies (One year) full time course

PGD-2 Functional Hindi & Translation
|
A Bachelor's Degree of AU or any other University recognised by AU with Hindi as a subject or second language.

PGD-3 Yoga
|
A Bachelor's Degree of AU or its equivalent.

PGD-4 English Language and Linguistics
|
A Bachelor's Degree with English as one of the subjects.

PGD-5 Child Psychology
|
Any graduate (except BFA/BOL) of AU or any other University recognised as equivalent thereto.10% weightage d will be given for Psychology / Home Science graduates.

PGD-6 Women's Studies
|
Any graduate holding a minimum of IInd class of A.U. or any other University recognised as equivalent thereto.

PGD-7 Environmental Management
(Two years part time Self Finance)

Any graduate (except BFA/B.O.L) of A.U. or any other University recognised as equivalent thereto. Candidates working in Managerial / Executive positions are given preference. Freshers are also considered subject to the availability of seats.

B. DIPLOMA (WITHOUT ENTRANCE TEST)

D-1 Acting (2 years)
|
A Bachelor's Degree. Oral aptitude test will be conducted for selection. (women candidates will be admitted into this course after conducting an oral aptitude test, waiving the minimum academic qualifications, if required).

D-2 Direction (2 years)
|
A Bachelor's Degree preference will be given to the candidates who have completed acting diploma. Oral aptitude test will be conducted for the selection.

D-3 French
|
Matriculation / S.S.C. or its equivalent.

D-4 Urdu
|
Jr. Diploma in Urdu of AU (or) Certificate course in Urdu of AU SDE (or) Intermediate with Urdu.

D-5 Pre School Education

A pass in B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com.
